Past Student Supervision

Dr Josh Wolstenholme – University of Hull (2018 – 2023) – Monitoring & modelling fluvial hydrogeomorphic response to leaky wooden dams

I was Dr Wolstenholme’s lead supervisor until I left the University of Hull in 2021. I remained an active part of his supervisory team until his completion in 2023. He is now a Vice-Chancellor’s Independent Research Fellow at Loughborough University. He is also a superlative science communicator, creating interactive 3D models of leaky dams and winning a national “I’m a scientist!” prize during his PhD.
